Psplc is designed to work with PLCSIM 20-12 (the part of TIA Portal the Siemens™ programing environment)

This universal process simulator can be used for building various technological models.

The process simulator works in cycles.

At the beginning of each cycle PSPLC reads both the digital and analog OUTPUTS, then the calculations for all devices are done.

At the end of each cycle the process simulator sends all the INPUTS back to the PLCSIM.

PSPLC works with the ratio of about 10 cycles per second.
